Syscon Australia Click-to-Frame

Privacy Policy

Effective 3 November 2026 · Syscon Australia

This policy covers the Click-to-Frame web tool at tools.sysconaustralia.com.au and the Click-to-Frame connector for AI assistants such as Claude (the MCP server at tools.sysconaustralia.com.au/mcp).

1. Your photos stay on your device

Everything you do with your photos happens inside your own web browser: finding the frame, cutting objects out, placing pictures and saving the result. Your photos and the pictures you place are never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see them.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for an account, a name or an email address to use the free tool. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

3. What your browser downloads

To run the AI on your device, your browser downloads the tool's files and AI models. These requests contain no photos:

Like any website, these providers receive standard technical details such as your IP address and browser type when your browser downloads files from them. Their own privacy policies apply to that.

4. Saved settings

The tool remembers your choice of Light or Heavy AI in your browser's local storage, and your browser may keep the AI model files in its cache so the next visit is faster. Both stay on your device, and you can clear them from your browser settings.

5. The AI-assistant connector

When an AI assistant uses the Click-to-Frame connector, it sends our server a request to open the tool, which can include a short description of what you want to do (for example "put my dog photo into the painting"). Our server uses that text only to show it back to you in the tool and does not store it. Your photos never pass through the connector.

6. Usage statistics

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, and we may look at counts of visits and connector requests to see how the tool is used. We do not use them to identify you. If we add analytics or paid features with sign-in later, we will update this policy before they go live.

7. Children

The tool is a general photo tool and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions: analytics@sysconaustralia.com.au.
