Syscon Australia Click-to-Frame

Terms of Use

Effective 3 November 2026 · Syscon Australia

1. Agreement

By using Click-to-Frame, on the web at tools.sysconaustralia.com.au or through its connector in an AI assistant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. The service

Click-to-Frame lets you turn part of a photo into a frame and place pictures in it, or cut objects out of a photo. The standard version is free. We may add a paid Pro version with extra features later; any paid features will have their own pricing shown before you buy.

3. Your content

Your photos and the images you make remain yours. Because the work happens on your device, you are responsible for keeping copies of anything you want to keep. Only use photos and pictures you have the right to use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Click-to-Frame to make content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is meant to deceive or harm people. Do not try to disrupt the service, overload it with automated requests, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.

5. Our technology

The tool, its design and the Click-to-Frame and Syscon Australia names belong to Syscon Australia. Open-source parts (such as Google MediaPipe and SlimSAM) are used under their own licences.

6. No warranty

Click-to-Frame is provided "as is". AI results can be imperfect, and we do not promise the service will always be available or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Syscon Australia is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using, or being unable to use, Click-to-Frame. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the tool means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Contact: analytics@sysconaustralia.com.au.
